Hamilton Primary School Travel Plan

Travelling to school can always be a little challenge, and the roads around Hamilton Primary School are always very busy.  As a school we promote families travelling to school by walking, riding, scooting, running or any other form of human power.  If you do need to travel via private vehicle, we suggest you 'Park and Stride' to school.

We have worked with many local and national partners to produce an 'Active Travel Map', which you can see below or download and put on the fridge door.  This shows where you can park just a littel way away from the school and then stride in.  The map helpfully shows timings for walking and cycling and where car parks are too. 

Please help us to help you keep fit and well, to teach your children to see the value in exercise and using 'human power' to get to school!
